Intended as an open demonstration for research. Displays and speaks message signs in-vehicle as it approaches and passes a message sign.
Covers three of the busiest areas of the UK Strategic Road Network, the M25, National Highways Signs around Manchester and National Highways signs round Birmingham
Normally acts a GPS speedometer showing vehicle speed, 300m upstream from a sign the message on the sign is displayed and spoken and remains displayed until the car is 300m past the sign.
Uses the a data feed from National Highways (NTIS)
