KL Systems has a simple Car Tracking solution based on its VVMS , Digital Speedometer text app.

The app sends the car location and speed every 10 seconds to a server and the location is displayed dynamically on Google maps based GUI. All the locations are logged for analysis.

The app was used on the 2021 London to Brighton Veteran Car Run. The app is simple to use with a 24 proven hour run period on a single charge and forms a useful tool for monitoring vehicles taking part in research.
